, coronavirus and the current situation. CEO communication.

We are living in exceptional times. We have seen a massive change in our way of life for customers, partners and employees due to the coronavirus crisis.

I have read many CEO communications lately and at the risk of repeating some messages from others, I believe it is important to send some key messages to the extended community.

  1. Putting health first. Following the guidelines of the governments and countries where we operate, and its usually distributed workforce are now fully working remotely from home. All physical visits to customers, prospects and operations at all levels are being conducted online thanks to the platform.
  2. We are experiencing an unprecedented increase in volume of traffic for which we are prepared. All resources both technical and human are currently focussed on maintaining the stability of the platform as it scales daily to new maximums. I want to also use this communication to specifically and publicly thank the team for the commitment shown to our partners and customers since this crisis started.
  3. To our customers and partners that are looking to expand their services or those just joining the family, we are able to deliver great value solutions within a reduced timescales to meet increasing demands. To learn more, here are some recent customer testimonials: LTD, IMF and how we have been helping.
  4. We have modified our offering to enable hardware-less, virtual classrooms to our existing customers. If you are interested in these services please do contact your account manager for information.
  5. Finally, as part of our DNA and some of its employees have always collaborated with the community with non-profit events like hackforgood, gdgkids and many others. During this time where families are kept at home, we have volunteered along with 300 friends from sngular and many other companies to create in a few days the initiative @JuntosDesdeCasa ( that will be offering free open learning content to kids of all ages starting this weekend.
  6. If you represent a non-profit organization struggling to keep up activities during this crisis please reach out to us, if we can help we will.

We know this crisis will pass, although we do not know when. One thing is certain, that it will bring lasting changes to our society, and hopefully, a positive lesson will be that distance learning is not only possible but convenient and necessary.

Stay safe.
